Rinjani Mountain climbing in Indonesia


Mount Rinjani National Park lies on Mount Rinjani, Park with an area of 41,330 ha and in it there is a Wallace Line (which is a transitional zone between Asia and Australia). This is a place for tropical flora and fauna of Southeast Asia to meet flora and fauna of Australian. Mount Rinjani National Park was established in 1997 and is one of 40 national park in Indonesia.
Tourist can trek to Mount Rinjani for 3 days trekking from Senaru to cover the slopes of the crater, down the crater lake and then continues to Sembalun Lawang is regarded as one of the best surfing places in Southeast Asia. Many trekkers usually go on to the top of a volcano. Volcano can be reached from Sembalun Lawang and spent 4 days ended in Senaru.

To ensure that surrounding people of Mount Rinjani can get benefit from tourism revenues, The Rinjani Trek is managed by the Park’s official partnership that is representative of the community and industry public and private sector of Lombok tourism. Community run co-operative coordination of exploration the Rinjani Trek Center (RTC) in Senaru and the Rinjani Information Center (RIC) in Sembalun Lawang.
Revenue and admission from tourism is used for conservation, management, and assist The Mount Rinjani National Park with maintenance of Rinjani Trek, so the Park can be maintained well.   1. We have only been to one of these - Australia, which was amazing. We stayed there for a week and, as small as it was, we never got bored. Now we have a list to work off of for future visits!
